The papers consist of letters and a narrative in diary from of a trip from Australia to England and Europe in 1955.There are also two scrap books on botany, and a copy of 'A companion for the Queensland student of plant life' by F M Bailey. Two copies of "History of the Tewantin-Noosa District", a Tewantin State School Project are among the papers with correspondence relating to this publication. This was a project undertaken by the school and directed by Mr McKenzie who was head teacher from 1952.
